Track Drones, Earn Crypto

How to Mine DRODEC

DRODEC is mined in two separate ways

Forward Scattering Analysis: This is where your station constantly monitors the wavelengths between itself and LEO/MEO Satellites, reporting back anomalies to our server.

Packet Sniffing: This is where your station constantly monitors specific frequencies looking for data packets emitted by drones.

DeFli Device

The DeFli Device will mine DRODEC through FSA and Packet Sniffing.

Earning With DRODEC

How You Earn

Hosts will be rewarded in both the new Drone Detection Token ($DRODEC) as well as ($baseDEFLI).

$baseDEFLI rewards will be earned by way of each drone packet received contributes a static entry in to the DEFLI JSON file. This means that no matter what time your DEFLI “rewards window” occurs, it will count every unique packet (unique being identified as a unique UUID of a drone) seen in the time between DEFLI epoch’s.

Please note:

  • There is an anti-gaming feature that states “a packet from a drone as identified by it’s UUID can only be counted once per 60 minutes in respect of entry in to the DEFLI JSON file”. This stops people flying drones over their property and acquiring large rewards.

$DRODEC is distributed daily with rewards value being determined by:

Proof of Detection

Packet Volume

Proof of Detection

Proof of Detection is the methodology for validating the “online and operational” status of a Drone Detection Station. Every 60 minutes, a pre-programmed python script will force the station to scan all frequencies within the receiver range (as opposed to the pre-defined range under Kismet). This will return results for any device transmitting over the frequencies. These packets are used to validate the “Proof of Detection”.

Packet Volume

Packet volume relates to the number of unique messages received by the station from drones within a 24 hour epoch. The amount awarded is representative of the (Station Packets / Total Unique Packets) expressed as a percentage of the total daily reward volume.

Release at 10,000,000 per annum on the following partitions

Year 1: Proof of Detection 90% | Packet Volume 10%

Year 2: Proof of Detection 75% | Packet Volume 25%

Year 3: Proof of Detection 50% | Packet Volume 50%

Year 4: Proof of Detection 35% | Packet Volume 65%

Year 5 Onwards: Proof of Detection 20% | Packet Volume 80%
